Hoboken HotSpots

There's a small city roughly one square mile in size. It offers easy and accessible access to Manhattan via Path Station and is filled with long-established Irish pubs, famous eateries, and even a few notable lounges and clubs. This place is called Hoboken. If you ever happen to be in the area, check out these places as my recommendations for the best hot spots to party at.

The Pub of Choice: McSwiggan's: Skanky and smelly, yes. Crowded with yuppies and college kids ready to make bad decisions, yes. Fun time for a pub? Definitely.

The Lounge of Choice: The W Hotel's Chandelier Room: Hands-down, my favorite spot in Hoboken. Don't wear sneakers or graphic T-shirts to this place as only a select crowd will get in. The decor is phenomenal, and the place even boasts a large terrace with bar service overlooking the most impressive Manhhatan skyline.

The Club of Choice: Clubs are tricky in Hoboken. The problem is that every establishment is trying to copycat another, and you often have the same layout, same people, and same overpriced drinks. What place might be worth it? Try 200 Lounge. Lively crowd, good amount of space, and overall a fun time.

Other places to consider: 340 Lounge, Hoboken Bar and Grill, One Republik...
